This phase is equipped with a capacity of 10MW/5MWh energy storage system, including lithium titanate battery system, bidirectional converter (PCS), battery management system (BMS), energy management system (EMS), AC and DC distribution control system, environmental monitoring system and fire protection system. The energy storage system has core technical support in terms of safety, integration, and information intelligence.
The key equipment of the energy storage system is composed of battery system-energy storage converter-step-up transformer, the 20MW/10MWh energy storage system is composed of 8 sets of 1.25MW/0.645MWh energy storage units, and the 0.645MWh lithium titanate battery system has a total of 3 battery clusters, each of which is connected to a 1250kW PCS after being combined through a DC combiner cabinet.
There are a total of 2 containers on the AC side, each container integrates 4 PCSs of 1250kW, which is boosted to 10kV by a 5000kVA transformer. On the DC side, there are a total of 40 sets of 40-foot lithium titanate containers, each container integrates two sets of 0.645MWh lithium titanate battery systems, two sets of combiner cabinets, two sets of 15kW air cooling systems, two sets of liquid cooling units, and one set of fire protection systems.

This solution uses 2.4V/40Ah lithium titanate battery with a single power of 96Wh. It has the characteristics of safety and reliability, high system efficiency and long cycle life. Each standard subrack is 4P16S and consists of 64 2.4V/40Ah cells, with a subception specification of 38.4V/160Ah and a power of 6.144kWh. Each battery cluster consists of 35 subracks connected in series and 1 high-voltage box, with a battery cluster specification of 1334V/160Ah and a single cluster power of 215.04kWh.
